- Every requirement goes on this desk — if it comes on the WhatsApp group, Resham enters it here right away (with machine, problem and urgency).
- Resham checks the store first. If it is in stock, issue it — no purchase.
- If not in stock, get vendor quotes: 2 quotes above ₹5,000, 3 above ₹25,000. A reason is required if the cheapest is not chosen.
- Manoj Ji approves. No order without approval.
- On arrival: into store stock, issued to the requester, and finally "where fitted" — only then is the requirement closed.
- If anything is stuck, Resham records the reason (vendor, payment, transport…). The owner sees it all on the timeline.
- No update for 3 hours (Emergency), 6 hours (Today) or 2 days (Normal) = shown as "stuck".
- Background: Manoj Ji was overloaded (~80% purchase), requirements got missed on WhatsApp, specs were incomplete and time was not tracked — hence this system. Review after 1 month.
